Name Server Information

Once you have your domain name registered, it MUST be delegated to a name server before you can use it for email or web pages.

Our domain and web hosting customers will need to provide our name server details below to their Domain Registry authority.

Important Note:

You must first apply for one of our parking/hosting packages before you can use this information.

If you try to delegate an Australian domain to our name servers without setting up one of our packages, it will generate an error which will prevent the delegation occuring.

Delegation Process

Once the above information has been submitted to your domain name authority, it can take anywhere from 12 to 72 hours for the delegation to filter down from the root servers.

You will know when the delegation process is complete when you type in:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/
into your browser and see a page which looks like this one.
